Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service offered by php789. By accessing or using the php789 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use php789. Age is verified via KYC identity checks before any withdrawal is processed. Underage accounts are immediately suspended.
Each player is permitted exactly one php789 account. Creating duplicate accounts — even with a different mobile number — violates these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

This one-account rule applies per individual, per Philippine mobile number, per device, per household IP address, and per payment method. When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by php789 during registration or subsequent KYC verification. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php789 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. php789 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate account security. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify php789 support immediately.
php789 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.
php789 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, and USDT cryptocurrency. php789 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
The minimum deposit amount at php789 is ₱100 for e-wallet transactions (GCash, PayMaya) and ₱200 for bank transfers. Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are credited to your php789 wallet within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take 5–15 minutes to reflect. php789 does not accept third-party deposits — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet withdrawals and ₱500 for bank transfers. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, php789 requires completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. Withdrawal processing times are 5–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya under standard conditions; 1–3 hours for bank transfers. php789 processes withdrawals on a continuous basis, including weekends and Philippine public holidays.
All transactions on the php789 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are converted to PHP at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit. php789 is not responsible for currency exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency transactions.
Withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, except where php789 grants specific written approval for an alternative withdrawal method. This requirement is a standard anti-money laundering control. php789 reserves the right to reverse withdrawals that do not meet this requirement and re-credit the funds to the player's php789 wallet pending further verification.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives offered by php789 are subject to specific wagering requirements and other conditions stated at the time the promotion is offered. Bonus funds are held in a separate bonus balance and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, php789 bonus wagering requirements range from 20× to 40× the bonus amount. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live table games contribute 10%–20%, and crash games contribute 50%. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
php789 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse. php789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Modifications will be communicated via the Promotions section of the php789 platform. Continued participation in a promotion after modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The php789 welcome deposit bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. Maximum bonus amount is ₱5,000. Players must be 21 years of age or older to claim any php789 promotional offer.
All slot games and electronic table games offered on php789 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to determine game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, php789 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable bet amount to the player's wallet. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Any winnings resulting from a clearly erroneous payout due to a technical fault are void and will be reclaimed from the player's wallet.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php789 platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:
php789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where php789 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, chargebacks, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform or harmful to other players.
Upon suspension, access to the php789 platform will be immediately revoked. Pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no Terms violation occurred, pending withdrawals will be processed per standard timelines. Confirmed violations may result in forfeiture of account balances as permitted by applicable regulations.

php789's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of the deposits made by you to the php789 platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits php789's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by php789's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
php789 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a php789 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
php789 implements 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and php789 servers. php789 does not sell or rent personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the php789 platform, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting the php789 support team at [email protected]. php789 will acknowledge dispute submissions within 48 hours and aim to resolve disputes within 14 business days of acknowledgment.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with php789 support, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who believe their dispute involves a violation of PAGCOR regulations may also submit a complaint to PAGCOR directly through official PAGCOR channels.
